There is only one such task – Backup.

Antivirus, antimalware, and OS updates are all good, but you can’t consider them disk maintenance.

Disk Cleanup – every day to every week at the most – cleans temp files, recycle bin, old setup files etc.
Disk Defragmenter – every day to every week at the most – reallocates disk space making your system run smoother
Check Disk – every week to every month at the most – searches and fixes OS errors and corrupted files.
Adware/Spyware/Anti-virus – every day to every week – perform a full system scan to remove any malicious activity.
Back-up – every day to every week – if you have important information which you would never like to lose this is a good tool

For all these tools make sure to let them run and finish completely, do not turn off your PC or perform excessive activity when performing these tasks, in doing so, data loss, corruption, or errors might occur (just let them run overnight) good luck
