Well, i’ll try to explain to to u ,,,
The data in the your hard disk is looks like this
    100100101111011010101101
    but not with that short

when u delete a file or format a disk ,, the file u delete look like this
    00010100101010101010
i mean it’s start with 0 and that mean the file is delete
and by the way windows not wasting your time waiting the file to delete , because it’s take a long time to do that ,,

i think i make your brain confused

    what ever ,,

u want a program to do that ,, the best one out there is
    Recuva

Post-mortum recovery of a windows system requires a pile of information before even trying to do what you are suggesting. Know from the beginning that if this information is not complete, any thing you attempt to do will make matters worse. If the system simple crashed and will not come up again. Then you may be able to simply do a reinstall. If malware is involved it is best to ghost the drive and try to restore from this point. But everything is a gamble without a clean backup.

    Hi,
sorry to tell you but if you reinstalled windows correctly, you should have reformatted the hard drive first, this would have wiped your drive clean, so there is no-way to get all of your files back, i am sorry to say, sorry i can’t help you more.
