How do I recover files in a damaged/corrupted version of windows XP that won’t open? Some people have suggested using third party recovery tools, or going to tweakxp.com, but where do I find the tools, or what do I do on tweakxp.com?

plug the harddisk into another working computer. this may help.
else use file recovery software to help u.
